I have looked at the chipset files on my Dell drivers and downloads CD, but I m not sure what files to put on the floppy. they came with a windows7 computer would they work with a windows XP install. My Dell laptop is a Studo 1558, but hardware listed in the 1555 is the same.how can I know that and there is no sata driver even nothing driver for xp for my laptop hp Pavilion dv 7 3013 eo only vista and win7. I have tried to find Windows XP chipset drivers for my system at Dell but am only able find same drivers that came om my drivers and download CD. So I went and downloaded the SATA drivers installer Matrix Storage Manager. My two systems that I am working with do not have floppies. Go do the dual boot and tell it to point to the drive that has the xp pro on it.Being that it already has sata drivers will it work.
